$500 Returnable Damage Deposit less Cleaning, damage and loss.
Personal checks, cashier checks, money orders accepted only.
All funds must clear before check-in date.

Cancellations: deposit refunded with 30 days prior notice only.

Check-in time: 3:00pm Pacific Time.
Check-out time: 11:00am Pacific Time.
